Cookbook Campaign!

Mary Honeywell School Council – Cookbook Campaign!

As a community-building initiative, we are coordinating a school cookbook campaign!

Families can contribute their favourite recipes, which will be compiled into the BEST COOKBOOK EVER! The cookbooks will be offered for sale to Mary Honeywell families and friends. They will be delivered to you in time for Mother’s Day - and in plenty of time for Father’s Day! The exact cost of the books will be determined once the recipes have been compiled. Students are invited to submit artwork to their teachers for the cover and section dividers.

How to submit a recipe

To submit a recipe, please complete the online form by Sunday, February 25. Hard copies of recipes can be sent in via classroom teachers, however online submission is preferred if possible. This will save us time in formatting the cookbooks.

Types of recipes to submit

We are looking for your family favourites, or something interesting that you think others would enjoy. Categories could include: appetizers, soups and salads, muffins and breads, main dishes, dessert, cookies and squares. If your recipe was inspired by someone (e.g. Jamie Oliver), include the source.

Sponsors wanted

Do you have a local business, or do you know someone who does? To reduce the printing costs, we plan to include paid advertising. Please share this great opportunity to market a local business in cookbooks that people will hold on to forever! Contact us for more information.

If you have any questions, please email ekuzucuoglu@hotmail.com.
